Sandra O’Malley

Sandra is a graduate of the Ecole de Mime Corporel Dramatique. She studied under Corinne Soum and Steven Wasson, Etienne Decroux’s last assistants and also performed with their company,Theatre de L’Ange fou in London. She returned to Ireland in 1997 and has been working with Blue Raincoat Theatre Company since. Sandra has been a guest lecturer at University College Galway and has facilitated numerous drama workshops for both professional and amateur actors including at The International Theatre Symposium in Dublin, Drama League of Wales Summer School in associaton with Lambertshire University, and at the Tanztage festival in Potsdam, Germany.

She is also involved in various arts participation programmes and has worked with the Autumn Years Project, clients of the Health Services executive and Co. Sligo Youth Theatre.
