Peace III

Peace Building Through Arts and History

The Yeatsian Legacy and The Legacy of Belief Project Actions, were being developed and managed for the Sligo Peace and Reconciliation Partnership Committee by Sligo County Council Arts Service and partners, under the Action Plan for Peace and Reconciliation in County Sligo.

The Action Plan for Peace and Reconciliation in County Sligo has been developed to provide a strategic framework for decision making on the implementation of Theme 1.1 of the Peace III Programme  ‘Building Positive Relationships at the Local Level’.

Through each project action, Sligo Arts Service and partners will explored the legacy of the past together to build positive relations through actions and interventions in the areas of arts, culture, heritage and history.
