In Summer 2011, Sligo Arts Service, in partnership with Marketing Sligo Forum, commissioned Studio North West to undertake a Digital Mapping Project in collaboration with the Festivals and Events Sector. The fruits of this commission are presented on www.studionorthwest.tv as A Summer in Sligo - a series of short collaborative documentary films on a range of festivals and events inSligo.  A key aim of the project is to promote the arts in the wider cultural tourism offer, working with local providers in the creative and cultural industry.
