Teresa Nerney

When Heaven Answers: Stories of Hope and Healing published by Mercier Press, 2007.

A native of Boyle, County Roscommon, Teresa Nerney studied journalism at Dublin Institute of Technology. She has worked as a journalist in both the provincial and national press for over 15 years. Since 1994, she has been a features writer at the RTE Guide; today she is the magazine’s radio features writer. In 1999, she became editor of Sligo Events Quarterly, the popular arts and cultural listings published by the Arts Department of Sligo County Council and Sligo Borough Council. In 2004, she co-authored a health book, published by Mercier Press; she is currently writing her second book, this time with a spiritual theme, due for publication in summer 2006.
