The Vogler Spring Festival, now in its ninth year, has established itself as one of the most successful chamber music events in the country. Set in the mystical surroundings of St Columba’s Church, Drumcliffe, its elegance and beauty have played host to many of the world’s great musicians and composers.
The Vogler Spring Festival 2008 revolves around the Vogler Quartet both as artistic directors and key performers. Once again they are joined by both Irish and International guests affording you the opportunity to hear some of the world’s foremost musicians in the intimate setting of Drumcliffe.
The 2008 festival will span four days, nine concerts, a dazzling array of soloists and three hundred years of music so join us in Sligo, May Bank Holiday Weekend, for this international gathering of much-loved masterpieces and world class performances.
