Culture Night 2011 in The Model and The Hawks Well

The Model

Galleries will stay open until 8pm. Exhibitions include a large-scale installation and major solo exhibition of Israeli video artist Omer Fast, The Niland collection's A Celtic Twilight and The World of Jack B Yeats, a small exhibition featuring a work that is new to The Niland Collection.
 
There is also a chance to visit The Model's Artist Studios for a look at what goes on behind the scenes.
 
Slice Café at the Model will remain open for those who fancy a frothy coffee or snack.
 
The Model Cinema will show a secret screening at @ 6pm. 
 
The Model will host Drink and Draw, a concept that has flourished around the world and in other corners of Ireland, Drink and Draw evenings present an opportunity for artists of all levels to meet and network. http://themodel.ie/education/drink-and-draw

The whole evening is planned to be relaxed and informal. Bring a sketchbook, bring a pen, bring a friend.
