Beginning 27th July Osta Café initiates its Arts along the Left Bank programme. In this programme the café will host writers and musicians in an initiative to provide a creative space for Artists of local and national prominence to perform their work.
The initial night will feature musicians drawn from the Djembe Jazz Collective. This group will include Jim Meehan and Eddie McFarlane on guitars and Patrick Cerengetti on Bass with featured vocalist Triona Sweeney. In the weeks to follow the performances will include literary readings and musical collaborations in the bluegrass and traditional music genres along with the showcasing of singers and songwriters. There is no cover charge.
